一、会议简介/About the Conference

面对智能互联的新时代，本届会议将通过线上会议与论文征集两个版块，集合关涉社会发展、文化审美、环境生态、产业技术、艺术设计等众多领域的专家学者，整合优势资源，重点以整体性、综合性、超前性的观念，探索在多维复合语境下数字技术赋能地方文化创新的发展向度、多元表达、运行逻辑与实践检视。就如何依托数字孪生、人工智能、区块链、知识图谱等新技术，助力地方文化内容共创、推动产业链创新与深度融合发展等问题进行有益探讨，以此推进“技术+文化”双轮驱动，催生地方文化新生机、新生态，助力地方优秀文化再创造、再阐释。以期为新时代发展格局之下的文化传承创新提供智力支持与适配路径，创造专家汇聚、跨界碰撞与多元发声的合作交流机遇，传递平等、互鉴、对话与包容的学科理念，协同共性与个性的关系，激发创新设计与地方实践的双向活力。

In the context of the new era of intelligent interconnection, the conference will be divided into two sections: conference and call for papers. The conference will integrate advantageous resources by gathering experts and scholars in many fields, such as social development, cultural aesthetics, environment and ecology, industrial technology, art, and design. At the same time, under the multi-dimensional composite context, the conference will focus on exploring the development direction, diversified expression, operation logic, and practice review of local cultural innovation empowered by digital technology with the concepts of wholeness, comprehensiveness, and advancement. The conference will discuss how to rely on digital twins, artificial intelligence, blockchain, knowledge maps, and other new technologies to facilitate the co-creation of local cultural content and promote industrial chain innovation and in-depth integration and development. To promote the “technology + culture” dual-wheel drive, give birth to new vitality of local culture, new ecology, help local excellent culture re-creation, re-interpretation, to provide intellectual support and an adaptive path for cultural inheritance and innovation under the development pattern of the new era. The conference will create opportunities for cooperation and exchange where experts gather, cross-border collision, and diversified voices are heard, convey the disciplinary concepts of equality, mutual appreciation, dialogue, and tolerance, synergize the relationship between commonality and individuality, and stimulate the two-way vitality of innovative design and local practice.

1. The expert speech translation time of each unit is 30 minutes in total;

2. The speech time of each unit research team is 15 minutes in total;

3. Experts will discuss for 20 minutes, led by experts, on the contents of the research team report.

七、论文征集/Call for Papers

本届会议主要围绕“数字技术”与“创新设计”等研究领域展开探讨，以“地方文化的数字化驱动”为主线，以“可持续发展”为导向，以“面向未来”为指针，对数字技术与地方文化之间的内涵与关联进行解析，以期推动地方优秀文化创造性转化、创新性发展。

This year’s conference has a theme of “Digital Technology” and “Creative Design”. With a keynote on “digitalized regional culture,” guidance of “sustainable development,” and a direction of “future-oriented,” the participants will analyze the inner connotation and connection between digital technology and local culture to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent local culture.
